Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from SiTech Shop. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items if:

  • They arrive damaged or faulty.

  • They are not as described.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty).

  • Items not returned in original packaging.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact us at simon@sitech-fk.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions.

Return the item to us within 14 days of approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, let us know. We’ll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: We cover the cost of return shipping.

If you change your mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Pre-Orders

If your pre-order is delayed significantly, you can request a full refund before the item arrives. If a pre-order item arrives faulty or incorrect, it will be treated under the same return terms as other products.
