Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SiTech Shop, we aim to make shopping simple and transparent for our customers in the Falkland Islands. This policy explains how shipping and delivery works for your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within the Falkland Islands only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Delivery Methods

Local Collection – You can collect your order in Stanley once it has arrived and been processed.

Local Delivery – We can arrange delivery within Stanley. For customers outside Stanley, please contact us to discuss options.

3. Delivery Times

In-Stock Items – Available immediately for collection or delivery.

Pre-Orders – Most pre-ordered items arrive in the Falklands within 30–60 days, depending on shipping schedules.

If there are unexpected delays, we will keep you updated by email.

4. Delivery Fees

Collection in Stanley – Free of charge.

Local Delivery – A small delivery fee may apply depending on location. This will be confirmed before delivery.

5. Order Tracking

At this time, full order tracking is not available for shipments to the Falklands. However, we will notify you when your order is dispatched and when it is ready for collection or delivery.

6. Responsibility for Delivery

Once your order has arrived in the Falklands and is available for collection or delivery, responsibility for the goods transfers to you. Please ensure you collect your items promptly.
